Removed 17,000 duplicate pictures off my BRAND NEW IMAC, and freed up 12 GB!!!!

I bought a brand new IMAC Retina computer with all the bells and whistles, when I set it up it transferred all my files :) The reason I got a new computer was my 8 year old IMAC was running S L O W despite virus checks, three trips to the Apple store etc…. I decided it was time. I purchased the duplicate detective and installed it to find that my previous IMAC had 17,000 duplicate pics ( maybe when it merged from photos to iPhotos? ) … LOL maybe it would of been cheaper to buy the duplicate detective first before spending thousands of dollars on the new iMac, shhhh don’t tell my husband LOL.

Gonna go enjoy 12 GB of freed space :)
