eeeh, not really

Not a computer person…inadvertantly triple downloaded my iTunes library swithcing from pc to MAC. iTunes duplicate finder works great unless you need to delete 11,000 songs…
I bought Duplicate Detective hoping it would help remove them from my iTunes library…No so..It left toooooo many duplicates behind. After buying and trying the app, I attempted to contact the support team, I get a pop up telling me that FipLab recomends using iTunes to solve my problem!
